These pieces were either transcribed and/or collected from various resources, mostly from -commercially non-available recordings and/or manuscripts and publications. Some of the pieces in the Archive are in public domain. However, all the pieces, regardless, are not for sale and are not to be re-published elsewhere without authorization. When performed, recorded, produced, rearranged, re-transcribed, etc, proper credit must be given including to those who transcribed the pieces when available. The Transcribers preserves the copyright to pieces they transcribe and they are the only ones that can approve or authorize any related commercial or non-commercial transactions.
